Welcome to Amartyne! These terms of service govern your purchase and use of my handcrafted artistic plates. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

I am an independent artist creating unique ceramic artwork. Each piece is handmade and may have slight variations that make them truly one-of-a-kind.

2. Product Information

Handmade Nature:

• All plates are individually handcrafted and painted
• Slight variations in color, size, and finish are normal and expected
• Photos are representative but actual items may vary slightly
• Each piece is signed by the artist

Materials & Care:

• Made with high-quality ceramic and food-safe glazes
• Dishwasher safe but hand washing recommended
• Microwave safe unless otherwise specified
• Care instructions included with each order

3. Ordering & Payment

Order Process:

• Orders are confirmed upon payment receipt
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices include all taxes where applicable
• Orders are processed in the order received

Production Time:

• Most items ship within 3-5 business days
• Custom orders may take 2-3 weeks
• You will receive tracking information once shipped
• Holiday periods may extend processing times

4. Shipping & Delivery

Important Shipping Terms:

• All items are carefully packaged with protective materials
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination
• International shipping available with additional customs fees possible
• Title and risk of loss pass to buyer upon delivery to shipping carrier
• Insurance is included for orders over $100
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and artistic nature of my work, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.

Exceptions:

• Items damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours)
• Items significantly different from description
• Items not received (after carrier investigation)

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and artistic elements are my original work and protected by copyright. When you purchase a plate, you receive:

• Ownership of the physical artwork
• Right to personal use and enjoyment
• Right to resell the individual piece

You may not:

• Reproduce the designs for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on the designs
• Use images of the artwork for commercial purposes without permission

8. Limitation of Liability
